What our customers are saying
"Stayed at Hadley's Orient Hotel for 4 nights over the New Year. The hotel is an older style hotel with great character but where it really shone was in the friendliness and helpfulness of their staff. All staff were great but a special mention to Mark who assisted us on arrival and looked after us throughout the stay. He made the stay special for all our family."

"I have a friend with a disability who comes to Tassie every year to see me and we travel around together. Each time she uses Hadley’s as her base as they have a room that really does cater for someone with mobility problems especially in the shower. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them. My friend has come back year after year because of this very pleasant helpful attitude. Hadley’s is also very centrally located for her to walk about Hobart as far as she wants. It has an internal lift so she can manage on her own. She tells me the breakfasts are tremendous also! The Hotel is one of the oldest in Hobart, beautifully restored and elegant. Highly recommended."

"There has been very careful attention to recapturing the period details in decor and atmosphere. Great food service, both for the high tea and meals, including the bar. Very comfortable rooms including the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Without exception the staff are warm, personable and knowledgeable about the hotel and its services to assist with any question. Very hard to better this standard, so I'll be back."
