What our customers are saying

"As a member of Fashionline, we stay in hotels around Australia at least 3 times a year. Personally, we travel on top of that nationally and internationally. The service has been second to none here at Hadleys. Thank you from myself and my family who have also remarked on the quality of service. A beautiful hotel and lovely spot."

Love love love this hotel!!! This is my kind of hotel...old world elegance, spacious fire places, leather chairs and chandeliers as opposed to all the concrete square boxes that pass for hotels nowadays.
We booked a suite (not expensive) and couldn’t believe the HUGE space we had!! Leather chesterfield, dining table, a balcony overlooking the street, HUGE bed fabulous pillows...we could seat 12 in our room!!! We felt like royalty! Breakfast buffet was wonderful in the elegant dining room. Meals in the bar (can be eaten at candlelit tables) were great value at $15. If you like old fashioned charm don’t go past this place!! Round the block to everything including Information Visitors Centre Salamanca Markets and docks. Will not stay anywhere else if we return to Tasmania

"Traveling- is part of doing business. Staying at Hadleys in Nov 2013 was a great change of pace.
The staff were terrific and the piano player created a welcoming atmosphere at the end of the day. I would recommend Hadleys for anyone who wants to travel – it's close to the shops, great food, and plenty of new drinks to try. The special touches that were purely Tasmanian is what sets Hadleys in a class of its own.
Woke up rested and ready for Hobart."

Hobart has been a convict settlement, whaling hub, ship-building port, and is today a picturesque harbourside town. From its coloured past, the unassuming city has risen to capture the attention of the world, being named one of Lonely Planet’s Top 10 Cities 2013.

Hobart offers intriguing cultural experiences, unforgettable festivals, world-famous fresh produce and wines that you’ll want to linger just that little bit longer to enjoy…. Discover more on our events page.
